Founder & Director
Dr. Strohman is a licensed clinical psychologist that has spent more than a decade working with individual, family and adolescent clients struggling with issues including depression, anxiety and addiction. Her training as a cognitive behavioral psychologist is balanced with her analytical yet, down to earth approach, where the focus of therapy is about gaining tools rather than an ongoing commitment. Her goal is to empower clients to work with their own strengths to find the solutions and get on the right path to wellbeing.
A California native, Dr. Strohman attended the University of California, Davis where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude. She then completed a joint, integrated program in Law and Psychology at Villanova and Drexel Universities in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania earning a Juris Doctorate in Law and a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology, Cum Laude.
During graduate school, she performed research in substance abuse, risk communications and child abduction. Her work earned her the position as an honors intern with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and she was selected to become a visiting scholar with the FBI’s National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime division as she completed her dissertation.
In addition to directing comprehensive care and programing for Technology Wellness Center, Dr. Strohman continues to work with clients in her private practice. She also volunteers her time speaking to schools, parent organizations and students to help raise awareness and offer preventative tools and resources to combat technology overuse. Dr. Strohman initiated a beta program and is working with local youth clubs and school districts on prevention training.
Dr. Strohman is married to her high school sweetheart, LifeScape physician Dr. William Strohman and is a dedicated mom to their two children.
